We offer pre-owned jewelry for sale. All items are described as accurately as possible, including any known imperfections. Please note that due to the nature of pre-owned items, slight signs of wear may be present.

 

3. Prices, Taxes, and Payments

  • Currency: All prices listed on the website are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) as net prices and do not include shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • EU Value Added Tax (VAT): For customers purchasing within the European Union (EU), applicable VAT for the destination country will be added to the net price at checkout.

  • Non-EU Customers: Prices do not include local taxes or customs duties. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees applicable in your country.

  • Payments: Payment can be made using the methods specified during the checkout process.

  • Order Confirmation: Your order is officially confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is typically carried out via airmail courier services such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other reputable carriers. We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. If a goldsmith service (e.g., ring resizing) is requested, dispatch may be delayed; you will be informed of the estimated timeframe.

  • USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore: USD 45

  • Other countries: USD 45 / USD 55

  • Free Shipping: Offered for orders above USD 3,000 to all countries listed above.

Other Destinations: For purchases from countries not listed above, please contact us directly to determine availability, shipping details, and custom shipping costs.

Delivery Times:

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on the destination and courier or customs procedures.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Layaway plans: Return policies do not apply to products purchased through a layaway plan.

  • Return Window: You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Lay

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.

  • Exclusions: Modified items—specifically those that have undergone ring resizing or customization at the customer's request—are not eligible for return or refund, unless the modification itself is faulty.

  • Return Shipping & Liability: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring secure packaging. We strongly recommend insuring the return shipment for its full value, as we are not liable for any loss or damage during transit.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method.
